Thank you for choosing our mobile app testing service. We strive to provide you with high-quality testing to ensure your app’s success on Google Play. To qualify for a refund under our policy, please review the following requirements:
Refund Eligibility Requirements

App Availability
Your app must remain active on Google Play without being removed, blocked, or restricted by Google throughout the testing period and before we submit the test results. -
App Updates
You are required to submit at least one app update before the 8th day of the testing process. This allows us to review and incorporate the latest updates into our testing to provide accurate feedback. -
Google Review Status
If, after testing, Google requests additional testing or indicates that further review is required, you may be eligible for a refund if all other policy requirements have been met.
Additional Terms
- Refunds are only available for apps that meet all of the above criteria.
- Refunds will not be issued if any of the eligibility requirements are unmet, including any violations of Google Play policies that result in app removal or suspension.
- We reserve the right to assess the testing requirements and Google’s feedback to determine eligibility for refunds.
